Music
Telmesani is an accomplished songwriter and guitarist trained in a variety of American styles, including bluegrass, folk, country, blues and jazz. Among his notable music teachers and mentors are Professor Emeritus Andrew W. Jaffe at Williams College, Stash Wyslouch (The Deadly Gentlemen/Jacob Jolliff Band) and GRAMMY-nominated guitarist Michael Daves.
Telmesani has led three bands (Dharma Bird/Whetstones/Wonkytonk) and is currently the touring guitarist and co-writer for Max Wareham & The National Bluegrass Team and Seven Mile Line. Several of Telmesani’s songs have been recorded and/or covered by bands in the United States and United Kingdom.
